FIGHTING OBESITY PERSONALLY
Being overweight is one of the signs of lifestyle disease.
Being overweight doesn't only mean that your weight is above normal, but it means that you possess an excessive number of fat tissues and cells. It means that the amount of energy you gain from eating does not get used up well enough through your daily activity, which end-up as fat in your body. This results in taxing your various organs, which in turn may initiate lifestyle diseases like diabetes, high cholesterol, or high blood pressure.
How to prevent obesity?:
learn the important points of how to lose weight.
How to burn-off fat, through proper diet?
Don't try to lose weight thoughtlessly, let's try to think of balancing our three meals.
Let's try to chew 20 times before we swallow each bite, and refrain from eating fast.
Let's try not to eat until we're full but leave some space for more.
Keep your body active and move about from time to time.
Take a walk about 30 minutes a day.
Let's learn the joy of exercise.

18.5 of less Thin
18.5-25 or less Normal
25-30 or less Obese level 1
30-35 or less Obese level 2
35-40 or less Obese level 3
40 and above Obese level 4
eg. For a person 160cm and 66kg
BMI = 66/1.6/1.6 = 25.8
this is Obese level 1
To check your obesity level there is the BMI scale. When your BMI scale is above 25 you are considered obese.
